I received a BA in Business Marketing from the University of Washington in 2005, and after winning a Collegiate National Title in the Pole Vault I continue to train and compete on the professional track circuit.  In order to support myself and my Olympic Dream I need to have a job that allows me the flexibility to train and compete, so in 2006 I received my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer's Certification.  I bring with me years of sports training (track & field, gymnastics, soccer, basketball) and weight lifting experience, but realize that health is important to everyone, not just elite athletes.

I want to help you accomplish your fitness goals, so in each workout I focus on using proper lifting technique.  I will teach you correct lifting mechanics to help you maximize each exercise and prevent future injury.  Lifting properly will not only help you reach your goals faster, but overtime it will also help you lead a more comfortable life.  Over the years everyone develops muscular imbalances, and I want to work with you to minimize those so that your body is working as properly and efficiently as possible.   If you are committed to making a change for a healthier lifestyle I will help you do what it takes to get there.
