Mission:
Cannonbilt Fitness Company's mission is to empower people through all aspects of training their bodies while enjoying the experience of a positive lifestyle in a fun and educational forum. Our core goals are:
Accuracy through efficiency of progression, education, and a B.I.L.T. mindset.
Teaching new skills to enhance our clients goals, health, and longevity.
Changing perceptions and opening up all the personal possibilities of being "Fit".

Vision:
Our primary goal is to get each of our clients in the best shape possible. Each program will be designed with their individual goals and needs in mind. As private training consultants, we will also educate the client so they are an active part in their training process. Together ,we will enhance the body’s natural movement patterns which reduce injury prevalence of repetitive job strain, improve the ability to carry out daily tasks with greater ease, and improve sports performance. In other words, this equates to greater enjoyment of life and worthwhile activities.
